OUR HOMES
Sebastian Koziura and Karla Tennies Koziura love flipping homes in Evanston because there are so many beautiful types of houses available. Evanston historically was home to many of the large Chicago industrialists who built along the lakefront community. These homes have kept their exterior splendor, but through the years have deteriorated on the inside, making their floorplan obsolete.
Karla buys and sells the homes while Sebastian designs the floorplans and creates new living space within the beautiful structure. They take care to preserve as many of the original details of the home as possible, whether it be an ornate staircase or leaded glass window.
The husband and wife team have bought, rehabbed and sold over 25 homes in the last fifteen years, and very frequently sell these homes quickly.

TRANSFORMING
SPACES
SEBASTIAN KOZIURA FEELS FORTUNATE TO HAVE SUCH AN EXCELLENT TEAM WORKING ON EACH PROJECT FOR HIS CLIENTS.
With a longstanding curated team comprised of dedicated employees and subcontractors. This same core team has been together for almost 20 years. It takes time to “curate” such a good group of professionals who like their job, are dedicated and loyal. This camaraderie and mutual respect is one of the reasons Sebastian has had so much success. Sebastian has managed Koziura Construction on over 100 projects all over Evanston, Wilmette and the North Shore. Projects have ranged from bathroom remodels, to large scale additions and gut-rehabs, to new construction. He feels his company’s strength lies in his hard-working team of craftsmen and professionals. While Sebastian’s focus is residential, he has done some commercial construction for the Natural History Museum of Chicago, as well as for small businesses in Evanston, such as Backlot Coffee and FRÍO Gelato.

MEET THE TEAM
Sebastian's vision and hand is evident in each project, but there are a lot of people that help make that vision into a reality!
